The Horn is a new client communications platform that’s designed for familiarity. If your clients have used a social network, they already know how to do this. If you’re looking for a platform that consolidates your video conferencing, documents and written communication, The Horn is the platform for you.
Your group on The Horn is “off the public web” – search engines don’t index anything in it, and you must be logged in to see anything going on inside.
You’re in charge. We will help you set up all the parameters of how your group runs, and who can do what. Our client service reps will help you get your own clients onto The Horn and all your rooms set up. And we’re here to help you with it every step of the way.
You can have a room of 1,000 people – or a room of just one. You can set up individual rooms for each client, and a public room for group discussions. And there’s no limit to the number of rooms.
The Horn has its own video conferencing system built-in. It’s simple to use – and your account can also sync with Zoom if you want to use both.
You can configure your news feeds so that only you can post announcements to your clients. (They can still communicate via your discussion forum if you want that.)
You can create an unlimited number of “sub-rooms” that you can nest under your main room – e.g., for different clients or different locations for your organization.
The video below is from the Creators Guide available inside the service.
It will give you a good idea of The Horn’s user interface and how The Horn works.
We do live demonstrations of The Horn every Thursday afternoon U.S. Central Time – and we’d love for you to join us. Fill out the form below and we’ll send you login information for the demonstration.
